1) I have forgot my password. How can I access my account in that case?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the" Request new Password" link present just below the Login button on home page. On clicking the link,
1.you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter the User name and Email ID. Provide User name and Email ID which was registered with us earlier.
2.After you provided the details, you will get a link to reset your password in the mail (which you have entered).
3.Click on the link from your mail and then you will be redirected to MBO Connect application. Now choose your New Password and also Confirm New Password. You will be able to reset your password successfully.
Note: The link that has been sent in the mail to reset the password can be used only once. This link is valid for only for 1 day.
2) Not receiving mails from MBO Connect?
Please follow the below steps,
Step 1: Please check Junk/Spam folders in your mail system
Step 2: If you find any mails lies on Junk/Spam folders read those and mark as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox”
Step 3: Add email@example.com in your mail contacts.
There after you will receive all mails from MBO Connect in your inbox!
